Support and feedback

How can we help?

Send a question, report something that looks wrong, or share an idea for making the morning commute easier.

For a faster answer

Include a little context.

When reporting a problem, it helps to include:

  • the car park you were checking
  • what you expected to see and what appeared instead
  • the approximate date and time
  • your ParkRide Planner version and iOS version, if relevant
  • a screenshot, if it does not contain information you would rather keep private

Please do not send notification tokens, installation identifiers or other technical credentials.

Common support questions

Start with what the app is telling you.

The availability looks wrong or stale.

Check the “updated” time shown with the car park. ParkRide Planner uses Transport for NSW open data, and the public reading can lag actual conditions. Availability is guidance rather than a guarantee.

Why does the typical fill time differ from today?

Typical guidance is based on recent matching weekdays. Today can fill earlier or later because of demand, disruptions, events and other conditions. The app keeps today-vs-usual context separate for that reason.

Does ParkRide Planner reserve a parking space?

No. The app helps you assess supported car parks before leaving, but it does not reserve or guarantee a space.

Who handles Supporter payments?

Apple handles Supporter subscriptions through StoreKit and the App Store. ParkRide Planner does not process card details itself.

Independent app

Public data, independent product.

ParkRide Planner is not an official Transport for NSW app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Transport for NSW. It uses publicly available transport data through a backend proxy.
